Delivery and Cash on Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan and you pay the rider when the toy is in your hands. Here is what that costs, how long it takes to your city, and what happens on the day.
Paying at the door
Cash on Delivery is how most of our orders are paid, and it is the option we recommend. You order without paying anything, the rider brings the parcel, and you hand over the money then — after you have seen that it is the right toy and it is not damaged.
- No card details, no advance payment, no account needed. A Rs. 10 handling fee applies.
- Open the box and check it before you pay. If it is wrong, refuse it.
- Available in every city and zone in the table below, without exception.
Credit / debit card is not open yet. Whatever else opens, Cash on Delivery stays — it is the way most Pakistani parents prefer to buy, not a fallback.
What delivery costs, and how long it takes
Delivery is free on every order over Rs. 2,000, anywhere in Pakistan. Below that, the charge depends on how far out you are:

Working days exclude Sundays, when the couriers do not run. Orders placed before 4pm Pakistan time are handed over the same day; after that they go the next working morning. A town that is not listed above is charged and scheduled at the remote areas rate — we would rather quote you the longest honest estimate than the shortest hopeful one.
Knowing where your order is
We use WhatsApp rather than an email chain, because it is where a message actually gets read. On +92 333 600 6563 you will hear from us when the order is confirmed and again when it is dispatched, and you can reply to that thread at any point to ask where it has got to.
Every order also has its own page with a progress tracker on it — the link is in the confirmation message. Orders over Rs. 1,000 get a short confirmation call before dispatch, so nothing large ships without you saying yes to it first.
Questions parents ask about delivery
- Do I pay before the toy arrives?
- No. Cash on Delivery is our main way of paying: the rider brings the parcel, you pay them, and nothing leaves your hands before that. We take no card details and no advance.
- Can I open the parcel before paying?
- Yes. Check the box is the right toy and is not damaged before you hand over the money. If it is wrong, refuse it — you pay nothing and it comes back to us.
- How will I know it is coming?
- We confirm every order on WhatsApp on the number you gave us, then message you again when it is dispatched. Orders over Rs. 1,000 get a quick confirmation call first.
- What if nobody is home?
- The rider calls the number on the order before arriving. If the timing is wrong, tell them and they will try again — usually the next working day. Tell us a second number when you order if the first one is often unattended.
- Do you deliver outside these cities?
- Usually yes. If your town is not in the list, order anyway and we will confirm it on WhatsApp before dispatch — the delivery fee shown at checkout is the remote rate, which is the most it will be.
